If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Your duplicate thread you created on the Accessibility Board (which is the wrong board to use for broadband related issues) has been removed as you already raised the same issue in this thread.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Says on app cant detect your services But ticks all services? I have not been able to access Sky since its installation yesterday. Have spoken with 2 different engineers but still no change. I am beginning to think it was a mistake to switch to Sky.</description>
