      <title>WiFi unreliable since upgrade</title>
      <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/WiFi-unreliable-since-upgrade/m-p/5335989#M583606</link>
<description>Hi, Since we upgraded to fibre our broadband connection has degraded. Although the connection is quicker, we are constantly losing connection. The icon on the phone or tablet will show 4 bars connected and the it'll freeze (for example online gaming) the bars drop to one for a number of seconds and then it kicks back in.</description>
