@Chich you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. The time it takes a resource to open is only partially related to the speed of your broadband. However run a quick speed test on a site like fast.com to check the speed your devicecis getting. Sky can only guarantee speeds to the hub. Thecspeed a device conected by WiFi will depend on the layout of your home and how it is built.

However the speed a resource loads depends on the server, the complexity of the resource you are connecting to, how fast your drvice can load and open what is required and any security software you are running so even with a superfast connection things won't be instant. In practice speeds for loading resources dont speed up much where the connection is running at 100Mb/s excluding downloading large files of course. This causes issues with people saying that a new 5Gb/s connection is no faster than a 500Mb/s connection which in terms of the time to load resources is often true.

If you tell me my broadband and Wi-Fi are good then why does it take so long for touches / taps to work?
