&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got back from holiday. My router is on but lights not all green. 2nd &amp;amp; 4th from the left are orange .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the screen says there is a problem with the broadband but when I test using the app it says it is all ok! It isn't&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help to get this sorted&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
