The two are different and you nedd to identify which it is most easily done by looking at tge lights on the hub&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;when the issue happens. If the briadband connection is dropping then you need to report the issue to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However if the issue is poor WiFi in your home you may nedd a booster.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
