topic Wi Fi faulty !!!! in Broadband

New router fitted and tested last night over the phone last night with one of your engineers. It's still dropping out of Wi Fi intermittently. I would like a engineer to call out as it's been going on for weeks. Originally with the old router and now with the new one you have sent. If you can't send someone I'm seriously considering swapping provider's asap !! Could you confirm compensation has been applied to the account as promised ? Please advise ASAP
