I recently had sky broadband fitted and I should be getting 900mb. However, it is taking ages for things to load when using the broadband on my phone. Website and pages are taking a while to load properly.

can you please advise on how this can be resolved. I have already done a speed test.

@Charlotte238 & @Hassan- as a first step run the online service checker in the My Sky app as Sky measure the spedd to your hub daily. It is likely however that speed is wherevitvshould be. Tgen on a device you are having issues with run a speedtest using a site like fast.com. If thst speed is a lot lower tge issue is the very common isdue of poor WiFi coversge in your home.where the limitstion is WiFi speed increasing your home increasing speed to the hub wont help at all.

Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surface then the only answer is additional wifi sources.

Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.
