However you can checck yourself by running the Service check in the My Sky app which will tell you if Sky are aware of an issuexaffecting uour line. The checker does take up to an hour to pick up a dropped line but once it does it can take you through somecsteps before booking an dngineer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to be aware thst you are buying a domestic connection and the fact you use thst for work does not give you any priority. Domestic faults should be fixed within 2 full working days or comprnsation will be paid&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We currently have no broadband connection. The modem is red. I think there may be works going on in the area which could be effecting this.
