      <description>&lt;P&gt;When using the tv, searching on my browser on my phone, loading apps and using our Alexa to play music there seem to be delays in the signal. It is slow, the music constantly cuts out, there is buffering when watching the TV at times too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you have a poor wifi signal as this is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:&lt;/P&gt;
