    <description>&lt;P&gt;That worked, but that means my system is now open to every thing. Why is YouTube excluded from the adult category and lumped with items such as malware and ransom ware. &amp;nbsp;When I reverted back my setting to Adult, it stopped working again. Think Sky should look at fixing this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to access YouTube on my desktop - both edge and chrome browser. Doesnt work on any of my smart TVs as well my Sky q boxes and mini boxes. Problem encountered since I moved to Sky broadband on 27-July. Broadband shield is set to 18+. Error message on edge: you are not connected to the internet. Error message on Chrome: This site can't be reached. All others apps, websites working&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good advice Caesarium. When I clicked on exceptions to add YouTube, I found that YouTube.com and m.youtube.com were specifically marked as disallowed site! No idea why this was the default setting, but having removed these now, it works. Thank you so much!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
