Regretting switch from BT already

Switched to Full Fibre Gigafast from BT Full Fibre 900 last week.

Regretting it already and family are complaining about slow online speed, scrolling lag, particularly on just 1 or 2 online games/casino/quiz websites or apps.

This is on tablet devices in the same room as the router.

Not sure what to do to try and improve it. All other connected devices an TV are working fine.

Is it 31 day cooling off period?

Would I need to contact Sky in the time to ensure no penalties etc., or would I just start the switch with another ISP again?

Something to try is to lower your broadband shield settings.

I already completely disabled it, but it's made no difference.
