      <description>&lt;P&gt;The equipment yo sent me does not align in connectivity with my Openreach sockets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i also do not have a phone at my address and your instructions require a phone connector .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are due to have an engineer come to set up your service you have the right kit as the engineer will be fitting a new full,fibre line terminating in an ONTunit that will accept that cable. In many areas when you order a new broadband service Openreach require the ISP to fit full fibre as they wont accept a new partial fibre contract where full fibre is available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
