Hi,

I work from home and my laptops signal is incredibly poor. We have a booster by the office and still nothing. We live in a linear flat so should be no difficulty reaching us. Any ideas? My one internet remains stable in the office and my Alexa works too, although the Alexa is not normally on.

Is your broadband hub anywhere near where you use your laptop ?

The broadband hub is in my lounge and the booster is at the door of the office, I keep the door open when I use the laptop for video calls etc..

it's probably 10 meters away.
