topic WiFi dropping in Broadband

Hi, I’m having ongoing problems with my Sky Broadband connection. The WiFi keeps dropping frequently, even though only around 3 devices are connected to the router. The connection disconnects and reconnects several times, which is affecting normal use.

Could you please check if there are any issues with my line or router and advise what can be done to fix this? If you need any information from my side, I’ll be happy to provide it.

Thank you.

@Ebie

As we are customers here we can't check this for you but you can by running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
