&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tv is showing internet has no connection. I have gone to settings and reset but it can not connect. On my sky router all lights are on after I unplugged and plugged back in. I can not get any new programming box as it has disappeared. I have held the WPS button on router but it still says no&lt;/P&gt;</description>
