topic No internet connection in Broadband

Our router keeps disconnecting, so our mobile phone devices have to use it's own data. This problem keeps happening and we are constantly without Wi-Fi on our devices. We are not happy. Why do I have to go through such a convoluted process of a complaint, I want to talk to a human. I'm not happy. Been with sky for years

@Jenmark1967

If you want to talk to Sky you will need to call them.

Have you run a line test to see if it finds any faults:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
