Sky max broadband

Got a new sky max router and am not happy its slow and I never got a returns form or packaging so now they whacked 53 quid on my bill and I asked the to send out the returns stuff.

What if anything shows on your account regarding the return packaging:

If noything shows then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

Keep your reciept that you will be given when returing this and post back when it has arrived as we can then arrnge some help for you via here to get the non return fee refunded.
