      <description>I'm trying to watch a film on BBC iplayer and it keeps buffering every minute. This is unacceptable, especially as the Sky router is next to the TV and I never had this problem with BT, who I switched from to Sky last week, expecting a BETTER SERVICE!! Sort this out or I'm cancelling this contract for false selling your product.</description>
