WiFi pausing

Hi, my broadband has recently started pausing - even if there's only a single device using it.
watching streaming or even social media content is difficult as the "wheel of death " keeps appearing on the screens - sometimes for up to 30 seconds.
has anyone experienced this, and was there a fix?

@BFcaragh It's more likley that the device in questiuon has difficulty with the wifi signal rather than the wifi itself pausing.

What device are you using when you see this happen?

It's happening on an LG tv when looking at Disney + or Netflix.
on my iPhone 16 when looking at FB

my sons say they're x-boxes are "glitchy"
