      <description>I have sky 2gb package but when I do a speed test on my phone I get about 12mb download. Tested a few times over a few days. Tried sky app to see if any problems but says everything okay. Myself I am not so sure. Anyone else had the same problems.</description>

What have the results looked like with other devices e.g. laptop connected to the Sky hub? Have you done a speed test via Netflix, Roku, Firestick et al? Are you using the&amp;nbsp;Sky Gigafast+ WiFi 7 Hub and have tested an ethernet device connected directly to the hub (not through any switches or internal house wiring)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
