&lt;P&gt;The online servicecchecker cannot pick up line drops for yp to an hour due tomthexway it works but when it does it can be a useful way to get support. If youbare on a partial fibre service thecsystem managung the connection should be trying to stabilise the line and Openreach will only intervene when that system has reached its limits so whether Sky can getvanything done deoends on how long this has been going on. It is veryvrare fir full,fibre to get frequent line drops.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
