topic Gaming VPN/Tunnel error in Broadband

Hi, I have recently upgraded to the full fibre package and was automatically migrated to a shared MAP-T profile when I plugged in the new Sky Max Hub. This carrier-level address sharing is completely dropping my ExitLag multi-route tunnels to Asia gaming servers, triggering persistent server timeout errors. Turning the software off fixes the connection, proving that the MAP-T port restrictions are blocking the traffic. Could a forum moderator please escalate my account to the Tier-3 network team so they can manually apply a 'No MAP-T' profile to my line and restore my dedicated IPv4 path? Thank you.

@Norman32 firdtly try turning the default 8:1 IP4 address sgare to 1:1 by enabling UPnP which solves most issues see UPnP set up

If that fails post again and a forum superuser can escalate your post as Sky only fully turn off MAP-T in rare cases.
