If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have rebooted multiple times but while our open reach device looks good the internet light on our hub is not lit and no devices can connect. This has been the case since about 5:45&lt;/P&gt;</description>
