Very low internet speed (10%!)

I have rebooted the system, performed multiple speed tests and have checked WiFi and connected via ethernet cable.

We are only receiving speeds of 90 mbps maximum when we are connected via ethernet. Our phone speed checks via WiFi (in the same room) have a max speed of 30 mbps and when in the next room only 10.

This has been the case since installation so we are getting nowhere near the 1Gbps speed we pay for.

Please fix this ASAP

That might suggest an issue with the ethernet cable between the Optical Network Terminal and the Hub: if this link is running at 100baseT rather than 1000baseT it bottlenecks the rest of the system.
