I had their little Streaming puck with their BB at the same time as I had Sky Q. VM cancelled both (without me requesting it) when I used OTS to change back to Sky BB.

How does one switch touch work, leaving virgin to sky and they said they should be notified by this and want to make sure it happens ?

The most common issue is where the customer has cancelled directly with their old provider which dtops it being a One Tiuch Switch with the flexibility on dates..

I am presuming that this applies to all VM customers by this point, it certainly worked that way when I used OTS earlier this year to come back to Sky from VM for the broadband.
