Hi,

So my first night at trying Game with Sky (WHAT A NIGHTMARE). I think the BQM Monitor says it all. If this doesn't improve, then I will have no choice but to leave & go with my previous provider. SEE PICS

Anyone got any ideas? I used the same equipment both times.

Thanks

Are you on a full fibre or partial fibre connection?

Hi,

I'm on Full fibre(cityfibre). As you can see from the other BQM monitor, it's perfect apart from one blip. Nothing has changed between the two parts, because one is my old provider & this one is Sky.

Powering down the hub for 60 minutes will cause a server change which may sort the problem.

It only drops your current active broadband session and disconnects your local router. Sky's network servers and routing nodes are managed on their core infrastructure and remain active independently of your home equipment.

The suggested solution is from Sky's own network guys. Up to you what you do
