If it is the cable coming into your home they will arrange for Openreach to come out to fix it. If its the cabke between the master socket/ONT and &amp;nbsp;the hub then they will send iut a replacement hub with cables.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To make that &amp;nbsp;easy&amp;nbsp;I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
