Have you tried a reboot of your broadband hub by leaving it off for 10 minutes ?

We've got a sky engineer coming out in 10 days now. The intermittent signal - even when I'm sat right by the hub. The wifi extender isn't sufficient to cover our whole house. I find the signal is weaker and more tempramental than when we were with EE. We have got sky max so they should give us a stable coverage throughout the house. Keep asking to get hold of a human if you get the chat bot.

Yes do try the turn off and on again etc but don't be afraid to keep pushing them to give answers rather than relying on chatbots or the sky community who aren't paid to do their customer service and maintanence work.
