    <description>&lt;P&gt;at least twice a day I have to unplug my broadband box and connection wait three minutes plug it back in and hope that my Wi-Fi works again. I understand there are issues but I don't think I should be doing this every single day. Please can you arrange a delivery of a new box and collection of the broken box,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
