&lt;P&gt;The fact that you have 4 green lights means the hub is connected but nodata is flowing. There is a fault at Sky's end that can cause this. The way around it is to power down the hub for an hour and the restart it when it should get a working connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. Firstly, I am not technologically minded so please excuse me when I use basic (and possibly wrong) terms.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a new router a couple of weeks ago when I was connected to the new fibre upgrade. It's worked fine till this morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The four green lights on the router are lit. But on the white BT box on the wall, one of the green lights above LOS is off. Could this be the problem? If so, what do I need to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Thankyou very much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
