      <title>No broadband connection</title>
      <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/No-broadband-connection/m-p/5326466#M581052</link>
<description>My Internet dropped at 9.20. I have tried switching off at the wall many times. The box on my wall is showing a red light. Tried service checker over 50 times and shows everything as fine but that can't be because there is no broadband and my hub has been unplugged. Ive tried all the help but nothing has worked. Please help!</description>
