Anyone else suffering with a lack of internet?

Nothing is reported online.

Diagnoitics are coming back with no errors.

Manually and Electronically rebooted several times to no avail.

Location: Minster on Sea, Kent.

Same in Sittingbourne, openreach bix all fine but no Internet connection on sky hub. Have tried resetting several times

Yep, I'm in Minster & its exactly the same here, so bloody frustrating

Around the same time mine went down. I honestly thought it was just mine but handy to know its not just mine.... not good its a wider issue and impacting others but hopefully sky will sort it asap for us all...whereas individual household issues seem to drag on unfoxed longer usually, I find.

I hope they sort it out soon. It's driving me mad not having and WiFi as my can't watch anything on tv 😞

When there are broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided.

See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
