We had our box installed on Monday, the connection is so bad nothing loads on our phone and FaceTiming doesn't work

Is your broadband hub out in the open and not near any electrical item ?

As for Facttime have you tried lowering your broadband shield settings. You can do this via the MySky app or online here:

yeah it's in the lounge, nothing electrical is near it.

I just turned the shield off so will see if that works
