&lt;P&gt;Sky will let customers set one up but more than that does require an engineer visit so if you want these you will have to agree with this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Trying to get extra booster pod</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been with Sky tv for years. I briefly went to EE for broadband. Just come back for broadband and had issue getting sky q boxes to connect. Engineer came out today and fixed the issue but said that I need additional booster pods to get the WiFi around the property (old cottage with thick walls). Engineer showed me where to place the pods. Rang to get some sent out and I need to get a broadband engineer to come out and fit them. What a waste of time and money. All they will do is come in and plug them into the wall but Sky are refusing to send the pods out. Appointment is over a week away. So as well as wasting an engineers time you've also got an unhappy customer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
