&lt;P&gt;A poor signal in certain rooms is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Low internet speed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello we have been fitted with fibre recently and speeds are great except for one bedroom where is it's worse than our previous signal. Is there anything we can do to boost the signal in this room. Current speed in this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;room is 10 mbps compared to the rest of our house which is around 400 mbps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
