topic every wireless device disconnects simultaneously while the hub stays green in Broadband

Hi. My Full Fibre connection remains up but the WiFi drops completely several times a day. Every wireless device disconnects at exactly the same time, including multiple iPhones, PlayStation and Sky Q. The hub keeps all green lights throughout, so the fibre connection appears stable. I’ve rebooted the ONT and hub and I’m happy to factory reset it if required, but this appears to be a WiFi hardware fault. Could you run diagnostics and send a replacement hub please?

@BadHollywood you are not talking to Sky when posting in this forum. Obe possible cause is a burst of interference is knocking out the WiFi as while itvcould be a hub fault it is pretty obscure one if it is.

Can you link the issue to anything happening st sametime? Modt nearly anybelectrical equipment can generate interference if it is faulty. If you canot trace a source of information do call Sky to get the hub switched.
