    <description>&lt;P&gt;Intermittent loss of wifi on Apple MacBook.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Having to tether to phone's 4G signal for reliable connection for business calls and web applications&lt;/SPAN&gt;. &amp;nbsp;This is making working from home (80% of my work time) challenging.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two things confirm that wifi is the issue rather than the device:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) The device does not experience the same issue in other WiFi locations (eg shared office), only at home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) iPhone also regularly disconnects from wifi and reverts to mobile data. Impact is less given mobile data backup.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Impact is less given mobile data backup.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try turning off the Private WiFi Address option on Macbook and iPhone both, on the iPhone perhaps turn off WiFi Assist as well if you'd rather stay connected to the WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe change the security protocol on the Sky hub from WPA3 (or WPA3-T) down to WPA2-PSK (AES) too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
