topic Useless puck in Broadband

I am totally sick of this useless puck. It freezes almost every day. Picture quality becomes unwatchable and I have to power cycle it.
If you won't replace it, I will cancel my whole TV and broadband contract and move to a reliable provider.
please don't insult my intelligence by asking me to reset, restart, power cycle etc. I am an IT professional and I am more than technically capable of recognising faulty hardware and/or software.

@alang63 you are not talking to Sky by pisting in this forum. The number one cause if issues with Sky's Stream pucks is they require a good stable WiFi signal. Without that you get thecsymptoms you describe. You can check thecquality of the WiFi cionnection in the network settings. So while it is possiblectge issue is a dodgy puck it is more likely tombe poor WiFi
