Something wrong with shield access :(

22/07/2026 20:28 Wednesday. Need to do this change age to 18+ option in the shield control settings. Keeps coming up that there's a problem accessing the page.

@EnglishRuss you have to be logged in using the Sky id linked to the account as only the account holder can change the Shield settings so check you are using the right one. If you are using the correct id simply sign out andd the close the app conpletly and see if re-opening it can help.

If totally stuck give Sky a call as they may need to alter some permissions.
