What make & model of TV is it? Is it the TV itself or are you talking about a set top box connected to it?

Joined sky around a month ago all is good so far however every single day I'm having to put the password in on the tv as the wifi just won't connect to it properly. The tv is brand new and had no issues like this with my last broadband provider. The hub is only about 12-13ft away from the tv.

It's a brand new LG oled tv. The WiFi hub is in my kitchen.

when I want to watch tv I turn it on and have to manually reconnect the wifi every time and put the password in every time.
when I was with Virgin I never had this issue 🤷🏼‍♀️ it's very time consuming having to re enter the password every time you turn the tv on. Not sure if I need a booster or not but my house is super small so the hub really isn't far from the tv.
