Ongoing issue withe the title of this post.

Of the 3 router lights (power, internet & wifi) than are normally lit my router loses connection to network intermittently and only the 1 green power light stays on whilst the router re-boots. Then all 3 green lights come back on.

I had BT Openreach out last Monday to assess my issue - he says it's not a line fault - he also showed me that IF the internet went down I should still have green power & wifi lights showing on router - the fact I haven't suggests am ISP issue.

I've had a new router, ethernet cables & TP powerline adapter installed and still same fault

BT guy said maybe a feedback from the environment maybe the cause.

On the router logs it does mention ntp1.isp.sky.com (hub actively querying Sky's network to set correct time - Is this a possible cause?

Any one any ideas or pointers?
