    <description>I've gone on sky app and done a wifi test is what im saying and the wifi test says everything is fine when clearly it isnt . My hub light is flashing when it shouldn't be so yes the wifi is down on sky end nowhere else Done all u have said above and still no wifi!</description>

      <description>I've ran a test on my app and says everything is fine with WiFi But my hub light is flashing and I cannot connect to WiFi on any of my devices Sky what's going on Your app says my WiFi is fine when clearly it isnt !</description>

&lt;P&gt;First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/servicechecker" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/servicechecker&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there isn't try running the line test here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
