If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My connections gone down, I've followed all the steps, sky says everything looks good but nothing is working. Looks like theres an outage looking at all the people on here stating they have no connection.</description>
