      <description>WiFi down, tests say no issues across the board, but broadband hub is showing two orange lights. Have the circling of doom only TV screen.</description>

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the response. Turned out there was a fault, caused by work being done: quite a few people had issues, which was later recognised by Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ps. I had already done the things you suggested. Thank you anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
