Have you reported these issues to Sky? Calling free by dialling 150 is the easiest method as long as the crackling isn't too bad.

Hi The wifi keeps dropping at home. I depend on the service for wifi calls and I am being told my line is crackling at the other end. My IT department believes I have an issue but when I run tests they all come back good. I have this contract till 2028 but do not want to continue with these problems. Can you help. Many thanks Joe
