Should I sign up?

I'm an existing Sky TV customer and have been for decades. I'm now thinking about signing up for broadband. But I can't work out what the deal is - the packages are advertised as for existing customers or for new customers, and I will be a bit of both. So what's applicable? The obvious course would be to speak to a sales person, but again I'm going round in circles on the website and can't find a telephone number. If Sky are making it so difficult to sign up, and are so reluctant to talk to me, is this really something I want to pursue?

As you are not a Sky Broadband customers then the packages and offers shown would apply to you.

You are but as I said, you are not a Sky Broadband customer.
