The online service checker in the My Sky app which works over a mobile vonnection takes up to an hour to pick up a lost connection but oonce it does it checks if Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line which is already being dealt with or its a new issue in which case it can report the problem and book an engineer to fix it. Alternstively call Sky when their lines open but the process is essentially the dame.

Mine is the same. Switched it all of and on and still nothing. When I check my connection on the sky app it says we can't check your line right now try later. Great so they can't even help on there. I suppose it will be a phone call to them (although to speak to a human is like pulling teeth) to try and help the situation or to be able to check the line!! So annoying
