topic Broadband issue in Broadband

From the time I have switched to sky we have noticed that intermittently the internet connection drops at random time. My family have noticed that sometimes connection is not there. I have noticed that lots of my different apps take time to load different screens it is really slow. This is also random. And when I perform speed test it shows good speed but I never faced this sort of issue with Vodafone. This happens even when I am sitting close to router. Also I need 2 booster as there are two areas where the signal is weak. Please note the issue I mentioned about the dropping of connection is not related to this weak signal

For a booster if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link so when you contact them let them know about the connection drops as well.
