Broadband not working

No Broadband since upgraded to full fibre. Since 10th June.

Done all the suggested tests over and over again... Nothing.

Any suggestions please?

What was the result of the line test and what lights are lit (or not) on the hub ?

No change. All lights as they should be except on the hub. Just the 2 green lights, but not the Internet light in the middle.

That appears to be your issue if the light is out so have you called Sky to report this to them ?
