Hi. I recently reported a fault with my broadband. I was informed to try different things, but none worked. The broadband was OK, but it was the wi fi. I then purchased a second hand Sky Max Hub (SR213A), for £17. The wi fi is now working and the wi fi is really strong. Can you send me a new router? Same model I purchsed second hand

Had a London wide outage yesterday, (6th July 2026) around 10:45. The internet came back on, but since then the wifi around the house is dropping. I have re-booted the router, and use 3 wifi extenders around the house. I have full fibre, and in the main, the wifi and internet is very good

@DRB3 not sure how you bought a SR213a as none have been sold they are all oan units so yours is still Sky's property and whoever had it issued will be charged £75 for it when they leave Sky and don't return it.

. Sky will supply that model if you add their WiFi Max bundle to your account see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max the unit you receive will be added to your account so it can be managed properly through the My Sky app.
